Please Note that all class bookings are non-refundable. In the event that that you have to cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances, we do offer an exchange for another class. A credit will be issued to your account for use towards your next class, provided the cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance. This credit can be applied to any future class within the next month of the original booking.

60-Minute Vinyasa Flow

A vinyasa flow that will integrate effective poses to help you build upon improving pelvic floor strength. We will be practicing lots of Chair-poses and WII, that will help you engage the pelvic floor muscles and simultaneously work on the hips, thighs and glutes. Also be prepared for some Bridge poses and Squating!
