These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services, including our website, studio, classes, workshops, and any other services we offer (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services. 

1. General

1.1. **Eligibility**: To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

1.2. **Changes to Terms**: We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Registration and Accounts

2.1. **Account Creation**: To access certain Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep this information up-to-date.

2.2. **Account Security**: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. 

3. Class Reservations and Cancellations

3.1. **Reservations**: Classes must be booked in advance through our website or in person at our studio. Spaces are limited and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

3.2  **Cancellations and Credits**: We DO NOT offer refund for cancelled classes. However, we understand that schedules can change unexpectedly.

If you need to cancel a class reservation, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time, you will receive a Credit for the full amount of the class fee. This credit fee can be applied to any future class within 30 days.

3.3. **No-Show Policy**: If you do not attend a booked class and have not cancelled in advance, the class fee will not be refunded or credited.

4. Payments

4.1. **Fees**: All fees for classes, memberships, workshops, and other services must be paid in advance. Fees are subject to change, and any changes will be posted on our website.

4.2. **Refunds**: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for classes, memberships, or workshops unless otherwise specified or required by law.

5. Health and Safety

5.1. **Physical Condition**: By participating in our classes, you confirm that you are in good physical condition and do not have any medical condition that would make your participation inadvisable.

5.2. **Injuries**: You agree to inform the instructor of any pre-existing injuries or conditions before the start of the class. Participation in our Services is at your own risk, and you release BOYO YOGA from any liability for injury or damages resulting from your participation.

5.3. **COVID-19 Policy**: You agree to adhere to all health and safety guidelines related to COVID-19, including wearing masks, maintaining social distance, and following any additional measures implemented by BOYO YOGA.

6. Code of Conduct

6.1. **Respectful Behaviour**: You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful manner while using our Services. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in your removal from a class and/or the termination of your membership without refund.

6.2. **Studio Etiquette**: Please arrive on time for classes, turn off mobile phones, and respect the space and others within the studio.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. **Ownership**: All content provided through our Services, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of BOYO YOGA or our content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2. **Use of Content**: You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission from BOYO YOGA.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. **Disclaimer**: Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of our Services.

8.2. **Limitation**: To the maximum extent permitted by law, BOYO YOGA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our Services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms, or the use of our Services shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
